+Roller bottle perfume, which is currently a woodsy blend of Frankincense + Sandalwood + Bergamot to bring on Fall vibes!

Pure Protein Complete

One of my coaches at Orange Theory told me to get protein in within the first half hour after my workout. I immediately come home and whip up a shake using almond milk & either the chocolate or vanilla spice Pure Protein Complete. I toss in whatever I feel I need...a banana, Great Lakes collagen powder, & turmeric. I love that Pure Protein Complete gives me 25 grams of protein & is gluten-free! What do you put in your protein shakes?
